 11-21-09  Congratulations to our Demo Team Members who earned their Black Belts today!

 10-1-09  Thanks to all parents for supporting our demonstration performance at Yardley Harvest Day.  The performance was a great success and we have been invited back next year.  We received a number of people who saw the performance and contacted the NAC to find out how to join our school.
 8-16-09  Thanks to all demo team parents and members who participated in the Annual Car Wash fundraiser.   More than $500 was raised to support travel expenses for our National Competition Team.
 7-10-09  Congratulations to Demo Team Member and Black Belt Danielle Rigau who Placed 1st Place (Gold Medal) in Weapons Competition and 2nd Place (Silver Medal) in Breaking Competition at USAT Junior Olympics, July 2009 in Austin, Texas.

Team Member Information

Member Selection:

  • Team members are accepted by invitation only.

Member Expectations:

  • Team members must attend Taekwondo classes at least twice per week.
  • Team members attitudes, techniques, intensity must be at the highest level.
  • Team members must attend practice in Demo Team uniforms.
  • Team members expected to participate in NAC tournaments.
  • Team members expected to notify Director if they are unable to attend practice and demonstrations.
